What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

All products ordered online with a status “Order Paid” can be canceled with a full refund.
All products ordered online with a status “In Processing” may be canceled with a partial refund, depending on the stage in the processing.
All products ordered online with a status “Shipped” or “Delivered” within 40 days (including 40 days) from the purchasing date can be exchanged or returned with a refund. Please select return in the order history in your account management if you desire a return. If not defective, only unused (proved) products with complete packaging can be returned. Used non-defective products can only be exchanged for the same or different products that are at the same or lower prices. All defective products can be returned with a refund or exchanged within 40 days.
All products ordered online with a status “Shipped” or “Delivered” after 40 days from the purchasing date can NOT be returned or exchanged due to health and safety precautions. We are sorry for the inconvenience if any.
Sterviral will provide a pre-paid return shipping label that you can use to ship your return to us. You will not be charged for the return shipping cost. However, the shipping charge associated with your original purchase will not be refunded.
Release of Liability, Waiver of all Possible Claims, and Assumption of Risk!
Please review before placing your order: by purchasing Sterviral’s products, I hereby acknowledge that I have agreed to all the terms, policies, waivers from Sterviral. I acknowledge and accept that there is a risk that I could be still exposed to pathogens. I also acknowledge and accept that while Sterviral’s products could be very useful but the effectiveness can never be 100%. It could be not effective for any specific single person at all. I do hereby acknowledge and agree that notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, I declare that I will not commence litigation or otherwise seek to recover damages or other compensation against the Releasees based on any action, claim, demand, request, loss, or any recourse whatsoever arising from any potential or actual exposure to disease while using Sterviral’s products. I further acknowledge that the Releasees can rely on this Release of Liability, Waiver of all Possible Claims, and Assumption of Risk as a complete defense to any and all claims, damages, causes of action, or recourse or liability that may arise at any time. I have carefully reviewed this Release of Liability, Waiver of all Possible Claims, and Assumption of Risk and acknowledge that I fully understand the terms as set out above. I acknowledge that I am signing this Release of Liability, Waiver of all Possible Claims, and Assumption of Risk voluntarily.
Sterviral One-year Limited Warranty
The Sterviral provides ITHAS Electrically Heated Face Masks will be warrantied by Sterviral, under our One-Year Limited Warranty found here: Return & Exchange Policy. Based on that policy, your mask product will not be covered by the Limited Warranty if it is:
- Submitted beyond the original one-year limited warranty period.
- After the initial 40 days after purchase, and the product issue is not quality-related.
- Not purchased directly from the Sterviral online store.
- Submitted is without valid proof of purchase.
- Physically located outside Canada.
- The usage was beyond the normal use, especially not as instructed by the manual and tutorial materials.
The quality-related issues are ONLY limited to the following:
- The mask stops heating under normal usage and instructed maintenance.
- The battery breaks and becomes unusable under the instructed conditions and maintenance.
- The fabric or other part breaks and becomes unusable with the normal wear and tear.
